| Society is the major contributor in one's present position, status for individuals or corporates owing to nucleus family. It is the moral responsibility of the person to owe back to the society for its sustainability. CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility is aptly envisaged in the Companies Act, 2013. It is more than a charity or philanthropy. | 1. Identify the right entity with good track record for carrying out the CSR Activities. |
| 2. Advice the corporate in forming the CSR Committee, framing the CSR policy, convene and conduct the committee meetings. |
| 3. Arrange for discussion with the management of the entity involved in CSR Activities and the Corporate management to devise the plan of execution. |
4. Monitor / Audit the activities carried out by the entity and submit the accounts to the corporate.
