Founded by Mr. Venkatesh N and Mr. Rabindra Kumar Swain, V & R Associates not only provides time bound solutions to the client’s need but also encourage them to follow good governance practices for benefit of all stakeholders viz. the shareholders, the regulators and the society at large. Mr. Venkatesh N has experience spanning over Two and Half decades. During his illustrious career, he has served the Nation for two decades as a combatant member of Indian Air Force (IAF). Post retirement he has worked with leading corporate houses, advising them on the matters pertaining to various corporate laws. His areas of expertise include Company Law, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Merger & Acquisitions and Indirect Taxation.

Mr. Venkatesh is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Mr. Rabindra Kumar Swain has an overall industry experience of 15 years in the field of Finance & Accounts, Company Law and Foreign Exchange Management. During his career he has worked with various corporates including many MNCs and Listed Companies. His areas of expertise include Finance and Accounts, Company Law, Foreign Exchange Management Act, IPR Laws, Merger & Acquisitions and Internal Audit.

Mr. Rabindra is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a Registered Valuer (SFA) registered with IBBI.
